Descripción

Before the civilizations we know there was a large island, called Atlantis by contemporary scientists. It was inhabited by a civilization that had extraordinary cultural and technological achievements, especially in architecture and art.

All that would not have been possible if they had not been blessed by the gods, whom the Atlanteans honored by building glorious monuments to them. And the gods didn't care that they weren't the only ones being appreciated by the Atlanteans. Unfortunately, the gods' plan was not perfect. Things went awry because of the younger generation of the gods.

Specifically it was Ares, the son of Zeus and Hera, whose actions resulted in disaster. His evil was unending, and the cruelty of his followers and the destruction they caused started a civil war in the land that had known only peace. The ensuing conflict divided both the Atlanteans and their deities. Prior to these events, the gods had delighted in watching their people grow, but then they began to interfere in the affairs of the people, as well as fighting among themselves. Some of the ancient gods had predicted that this civilization would eventually collapse due to the growing conflict between the deities. Conflict in which people's lives would mean nothing.

So they decided to protect their followers by sending numerous visions to their priests or by taking a human form and acting as prophets. They would warn the Atlanteans that the end was near and tell them of distant lands that might be their only hope for survival.

The wrath of the gods continued to grow until one day the eldest, Nammu, the creator of the primeval sea, in her despair decided to end the Atlanteans' suffering by sinking the island. With the help of their gods, some of the Atlanteans managed to survive. They reached various parts of the world, bringing their knowledge to the cultures that emerged there.

In MY GAME the players are the highest priests of the mythological gods, for whom they erect monuments on the mythical island of Atlantis just before its doom. It is a logical card game with four boards representing the regions of Atlantis.

Each turn, players perform five actions during which they can recruit new followers of their deity, hold feasts in their honor and build new temples. The object of the game is to be the first to build all the temples of the player's deity that will grant them God's favor and survival from the impending catastrophe.
